The VSpec Window has 3 distictive columns:
The 1st is located on the far left and is headed up with "Workspace Tools". The 2nd is located in the middle headed up with "Workspace". The 3rd is located on the far right, headed up with the "Preview" image.

"Workspace Tools" All of your Logo and Text manipulation is done here.
- Top Left "Upload a Logo" This button allows you to upload a logo from your computer.
- Top Right "Add Text" This button allows you to add text to your product
- Just below the above 2 buttons are "Reduce Logo" & "Enlarge Logo". These functions are self explanatory, they will reduce or enlarge your Logo or Text.
The "Rotate" feature allows you to rotate your Logo or Text either clockwise or counterclockwise. Plus the ability to effect the degree of rotation needed.
- "Effects" will open up another window that allows you the ability to adjust colors, apply curves and even Flip your Logo or Text.
"Workspace History" VSpec allows you to place multiple logos and/or multiple logo positions on the same product image. "Workspace History" tracks up to eight logo placements and allows you to return to previous steps easily without having to start over.
"My Samples" "My Samples" works like a shopping cart for VSpec Samples. As you create each sample, "My Samples" becomes the storage area for all your work.
"Workspace" This is where your uploaded Logo or Text enters and meets with your chosen product. Here, you Grab, Drag and Drop your Logo or Text. All effects chosen from the "Workspace Tools" are reflected here. Below the "Workspace" are 3 buttons;
- "Lock this Logo and/or Place a New One" This button locks your Logo or Text in place so that you can either add another or complete your product. Once complete, just click "Add to My Samples".
- "Preview" If you are not 100% sure of the placement of your Logo or Text, the "Preview" button allows you to look at it in a higher resolution without locking it in place.
- "View Imprint Specifications" This button will bring up another window with the necessary imprint specifications for that product; ie, the area(s) where imprints are allowed, colors accepted, font restrictions etc.
"Preview Area" "Previews" are displayed as a thumbnail image to reduce the time required to display every change that you make. Under the thumbnail preview is a "Zoom" button that will display the final image in a full-sized image.
The buttons located below the "Preview" are important for communicating the presentation to your customer.
